Where your pet is treated like one of the Family

PICK-UP & DROP OFF TIMES, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATENESS:

Please keep in mind that we work on an appointment only basis. We are a small business and in order to stay open to serve you, we must enforce the following:

  • Late for an appointment: If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, and in fairness to the next scheduled customer we can not guarantee that we will be able to groom your pet. If you are running late, please call and we will try to accommodate your schedule. Please be considerate of out grooming schedule.
  • Canceling or rescheduling: If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance for a weekday appointment and 48 hours for a weekend. Your appointment can be given to someone else if we have adequate notice that you can't make it. If you don't let us know, we incur a financial loss. Please be considerate of this.
  • No Shows: If you do not show for your appointment, we incur a financial loss. We will forgive one no-show. After the second you will be asked to pay a $30.00 no-show fee and pay in advance to secure another appointment.
  • Time: In order for each and every dog to get their individual attention during their stay we only keep your best friend as short time as possible. At the time you drop your dog/cat off at the shop, you will be given an approximate time( Average 2-3 hours ) for pick up. You will also be called as soon as I have made your dog beautiful! If you need your pet to here longer please tell us at the time you book the appointment and we will accommodate you and your pet as best as we can. There will be an additional $10 per every 15 minutes charge added to your service for any dog not picked up at closing time.

AGGRESSIVE PETS:

If your pet shows signs of extreme stress or aggression, we recommend the session be terminated. For some a mild tranquilizer (as prescribed by your vet) may be appropriate until they learn to trust and accept the grooming session. All necessary steps are taken here to keep your pet calm & relaxed. Some animals have had bad past grooming experiences, or no experience at all, and they will need some time to learn to trust their groomer. In cases such as these, we recommend breaking the sessions down into smaller, more tolerable sessions - with the ultimate goal of building up to a full session. Additional fees will be incurred.

SKUNKED DOGS:

Call for an emergency appointment immediately! The sooner the dog receives treatment the better! Timeliness is a critical factor in successful removal of the skunk odor!

FLEAS & TICKS:

If you notice your fur-kid has fleas, please call immediately so we can make arrangements to get you in ASAP. For a heavily infested pet, we may request that you ask your vet about CAPSTAR, an oral medication that will kill any flea on your pet (it actually begins working in 30 minutes!) When a flea infestation occurs - the home environment (your home, their bedding, your yard, your car etc.) must be treated to kill any of the fleas, flea eggs and larvae that remain. Please be sure to treat the dog & the environment to successfully rid your home & pet of fleas. Keep your pet on a regular grooming schedule. A clean, well-groomed pet is the best way to keep the flea problem at bay. After successful extermination of the parasites, I will help you maintain your flea-free lifestyle!




Pricing based on style, coat & temperament. This information is meant to serve as a guideline to help you understand how pricing is determined; there are always exceptions to these rules. Final Price will be determined the day of your scheduled appointment and is based upon coat condition, style & temperament.
